Students awarded bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award

Congratulations to Katie Shannon (6.1), Izzy Fitzgerald (6.2), Emily Bonsor (6.1), Poppy Duncan (Block 4) and Lili Bidwell (Block 4) who have gained their bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award through volunteering (fundraising for Swaziland, helping at Dunhurst and working in a charity shop, the school bake house and the library), as well as participating in activities such as ballet, sailing, dance and tennis.

The expedition section included a day walk across the Downs near Winchester and a two day practice in the New Forest, culminating in a two day assessment either on the South Downs or the New Forest.
