Boarders get into Christmas spirit

Last weekend’s trip was to Winchester’s ice-skating rink and Christmas market. Despite the bad weather, and the fact I had never been skating it was very enjoyable and brilliant fun. There was also a vast range of stalls around the market selling delicious fudge to piping hot chocolate, as well as additional places to see such as the cathedral, the park and the ancient buildings dotted about nearby. We explored in small groups so we stayed together and it gave everyone a chance to mingle with the different year groups and fellow Bedalians who normally stay in at weekends. It was a good chance to socialise and have a good time – an excellent way to spend a weekend in! View pictures. (Bedales Christmas Tree decorated by Dominika, Catering)
