Romantic Block 4 Outdoor Work project

Over the course of this academic year and next, Zeyno Yurddas, Ben Allez and Sammy Marshall (Block 4s) will be working hard on a new Outdoor Work project to transform an old and rather dilapidated horse-drawn vehicle into a wedding carriage fit for a bride to be. They obtained the carriage following a trip to Reading Sales with Peter Coates. The money they made from selling two of the department’s other carts was invested in the purchase. The students are now embarking on dismantling some of the old parts of the carriage for refurbishment and have lots of ideas ready for the launch of the carriage next Summer.
